Car damaged whiles at Panelbeaters premises

Car damaged due to accident in July 2015. Car was drivable and taken for assessment to Automagic 4 days later no leaks and no powersteering damages. Car booked for repairs with Automagic after a week from assessment date with 1/4 full tank of petrol, no leaks, battery and no powersteering damages. Car gets stripped to fix the damages a couple of hours/days after it was booked no leaks, no battery and no powersteering damages. 3 weeks later when the repair job is completed and car is ready for collection, then car has leaks in expansion tank area, battery is dead, petrol in the car is sitting at 1/2 tank and powersteering is completely damaged. According to Automagic the damages were not accident related and petrol consumption was due to car daily starting to keep the battery running.<br> BMW provided their qoutation with the view that the damages are not accident related. Automagic is distancing themselves from the damages caused to the car, they are failing to explain what happened to the car whiles it was in their care and they are imposing storage fees since the car has not been collected from their premises. They damaged my car and I want it fixed.
