Car damaged by Automagic Vereeniging

My car were sent to Auto MAGIC in Vereeniging through auto and general for repairs. however after service is non existing Claim ***1. 1, my safety belt were burned with something (not me nor my husband are smokers) 2. My car still have a dent on the back door visible with the eye difference noticeable. 3. after my car were washed this morning white marks are clearly visible on both sides of the car (new painted areas) 4. over spray on the black plastic (middle console) rough.

My car were at this place for almost 2 months when I phoned them on the 15th of July I was informed that they are struggling to source a second hand door (right front) for my car. And that my insurer are at fault as they do not replace with new part unless authorized to do so. (that Monday authorization received My car should have been finished on the7th of July already I only received my car on the 4 Aug.

In a worst condition than when I handed it in on the 20 June 2022.

On the 5th i phoned (auto magic head office and Vereeniging regarding the burn on my safety belt no response received.

I would like my car to be inspected by a professional repair body as i am not satisfied with the repairs on my car. I will also escalate this matter to RMI and the ombudsman
