Car Damage Assessment

Thank you to Dann Daniels who helped me out with my vehicle assessment on 03.02.2015. As a female, I often get bul**** by people who offer car services. They also tend to speak in terms that I don't understand, and have no patience for questions. Thank you to Dann for taking time to explain everything that he was doing, as well as why. When I left, I had a clear understanding of the extent of the damage on my car, as well as what to expect from the panel beater. This could have been a horrid experience for me, but thanks to people like Dann, I'm not as flustered as I was.
