Beyond Poor service Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg
My car went for hail repair and radio was broken. Still today its not working. Ive been sent left and right by Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg. I am told to deal with a broker who is investigating. Its almost 4 months now.

19 Jan 2024, 16:32I would like to appreciate HelloPeter as from the day I wrote my complain against AutoMagic Pietermaritzburg, I received communication from Auto Magic Head and PMB branch took my matter seriously. As of today 19 January I would like to report that my car radio has been fitted. I can now listen to music, use my navigator, and reverse camera. Thank you so much Hellopeter.
After a long struggle, I guess it’s also proper to thank Auto Magic PMB for fixing my car.
