Bad service by Auto Magic Roodepoort.

My car was booked in for panel beating on the 04th of June 2024 by my insurer King Price. I was told that the turnaround time will be 2 weeks by Auto Magic Roodepoort. I am heading to the second month now still waiting for my car. There is no communication what so ever, you have keep on calling them for an update . Their response will be "Will call you back shortly" I went there personally on the 16th of July to check on my car. I could not believe my eyes to me it looks like they just started attending to it recently . King Price will loose customers due to the bad service offered by Auto Magic, I went and check reviews from different customers who took their cars for repairs it seems like Auto Magic services it is bad in most of their branches
