BAD SERVICE
GOOD DAY.<br> I WENT TO AUTO MAGIC ON WEDNESDAY MORNING TO GET AN INSURANCE QOUTE TO GET MY CAR FIXED I SPOKE TO A GUY NAMED CONRAD AND HE CHECKED MY CAR.<br> HE SAID I WILL HAVE MY QOUTE BY 12 OCLOCK I PHONED THEM AT 1 OCLOCK TO FIND OUT WHERE IS MY QOUTE AND THE LADY TOLD ME SHE DOESNT KNOW BECAUSE CONRAD IS OUT.<br> SO I PHONED AGAIN AT 4 OCLOCK AND SHE TOLD ME HE IS STILL NOT BACK.<br> ITS ALREADY MONDAY AND I STILL HAVENT RECEVIED MY QOUTE.<br>

As discussed our quoting system does not allow us to deliver hand written or computer generated quotations without reference to the protocol between ourselves and our Insurer partners. I apologize for the poor communication from our Roodepoort Franchisee who gave you the impression that they could do so by 12pm the same day.
