Bad service

<p>My car was booked in on the 26th October 2016 at automagic johannesburg. I was given an estimated completion date of the 17th October. No one communicated with me as they promised they will communicate weekly. I was the fisrt one to call them. On the 11th i called and spoke to guy called William who promised me that my car will be ready on the 17th definely and kept asking him if he was sure and he said yes, the next time he will be contacting me will be to tell me to collect my car. I called on Friday at 16:30 as i hadn't heard anything from him as i was supposed to get the car on Monday. Whne i called he told me a different story and denied the fact that he told me i will be fetching my car on the 17. He send me an sms saying the expected completion date was now the 19th October. He called on the 19th to say that the car is being taken for suspension repairs. I get a different story everytime and i dont get a date to say when the car will be back. </p>
