BaD service

<p>I took my car to Automagic Witbank the 2nd February 2016 for repairs on the front bumper, and I was told my car will be ready on the 16th or in 2 weeks time. I called on Monday the &nbsp;15th to confirm if the car will be ready for collection on the 16th. I was told that there was a problem with electricity they couldn't finish working on it in time, but they will work on it by Friday the 19th it will be ready. I called on the &nbsp;18th to check the progress and I was told that the car is not ready they're still waiting for parts from their suppliers. Now I was more confused because I thought the power was the problem but now there are no parts. Since the car was my only means of transport to work. I asked to get my car back while they're waiting for the parts. On the 23 February I went to fetch the car. I kept on calling every week to find out if the parts have arrived or not until Monday 18th of April when they said the parts are there and I can bring the car on the 22nd April. I was promised that the car will only be fixed for one day and I'll get it ready on Tuesday the 26 because of weekend and holiday. By Tuesday the car was still not ready. &nbsp;May 2nd I called my insurance and explain to them the whole story and we spoke on a conference call with Automagic Witbank and that's when I was promised that I'll get my car on the 4th May ready. On the 4th of May I went there I found the car ready. The next day while driving the car I heard lots of noises on the bonnet. &nbsp;I asked a friend to help me check what might be causing the noise only to find that some components in the bonnet were loose. The guys just put on a new bumper after I engaged them with the insurance and left many things undone. I'm waiting to hear from them now what to do. It might take a year based on the experience I had with them.&nbsp;</p>
