Bad repairs

I was sent to auto magic by my insurer to have my vehicle repaired, my vehicle was at Automagic for 15 days and I got text messages we waiting for parts what parts, they put on my old bumper and the quote stated a new bumper and my badges are on back order, why was my vehicle in for 15 days for a dent on the rear hatch. I got my vehicle back and after close inspection at home I noticed the old bumper, missing bolts and *****s half turned in, they polished my bumper to make if look new, after the evening of rain looks like my bumper was washed with thinners, its dull merky, with white streaks all over, looks like ****.theere is even primer messed on the side of the car, I have reported it to my insurer and after calling automagic, they promised to call back, but no calls.I cant look at my car its a mess.How can this happen.
