BAD CUSTOMER SERIVCE

<p>I have taken my vehicle to autoo magic to repair the boot on 27 Feb 2017. Today is the 16 the of March and my cehicle is still not finished. I only received bad service from them. I showed them how the alarm and anti-hijacking is working on my vehicle, biut it seems that they have ignore it. Now my car battery is drained and they can not start the car. I have to drive up and down to assist them, because according to Brian and Renold it is my problem and I need to fix it. I never experience problems with the battery before. I had to take the battery to battery centre so that they can charge the battery and see if my vehicle can start.</p> <p>I can't believe that insurances can refer us to a panel beater like this. When I complaint with them they told me they don't like my attitude and they are doing me a favour. I am paying for a service I don't get.</p> <p> </p>
