Automagic Witkoppen - Horrible Experience. Take your car at your own Risk

My car had been in an accident, first of all is they sent a quote indicating they would buy a new spare, which the actually didn't they fixed and replaced the old one (tricking and *****ing from Insurance). the next day parts of the fixed portion were falling over. Thank goodness they repaired that. Now I went as a "comeback" because the same part they fixed is almost falling apart, they have blamed this on me and tried to charge me for a re-fix (trying to get more money from a client). They had given me a warranty and a guarantee before - that was not even considered. First of all the do not purchase new spare parts as they indicate on quotes and secondly if you go as a comeback they turn around and try to nick you of more money. day light bad service plus *******. They have a RUDE workshop manager who doesn't care about the customer.. all they want is to make money! Should your Insurance send you to Automagic - Witkoppen, be aware when you pick it up because if you return they will not help you..
