Automagic Terrible Workmanship

So i took my car in for repairs some 2 weeks ago at Auto Magic , 18 Premier Ave Roodepoort. On Thursday i get an SMS to say my car is done, and first thing Saturday morning i return my courtesy vehicle and went to fetch my car. On seeing my car, the first thing i could see the difference in color shades, and chips on the bonnet which were never attended to. The guy who did the initial inspection with me, attests to the color difference that were both seeing, and we agree to sign an early release form (as i no longer had a courtesy car), stating i wasn't happy and they would call on Monday to take the car back to fix the car.

What bothers me is if we could both see this terrible difference in color, how could their Quality department possibly miss this ? Does AutoMagic prey on gullible customers and take chances on sub standard work ?

Fast forward to Wednesday, I've called the guy i did the inspection with countless times so they can take the car back in, a he doesn't pickup. Tried the landline, also to no avail.
