Automagic Mustang disgusting

My car was in a accident 5 of February I was booked in for repairs at auto magic Benoni at arrival I discovered the papers from PMD was lost and I had to request for all paperwork to be resent. The date given to pick up car was on the 20th of Feb. The car was not ready. On the 25th of Feb went to pick up my car! The car had a back smash the boot had 2 finger space the lock was in a angle the bumper is totally off the car had a fold on floor which was never repaired the car was also not starting when I pointed out what was wrong the guy that worked on my car, he said thats all they could do. Very next day it was raining water was in my boot! So I contacted my insurance PMD to let them know I was not happy my car was not starting water leaking into car. Week later I was told to take my car in and pick up a curtesy car from auto magic! The manager of auto magic said they will make lights tight coz it was loose and he was banging my car door and window like he was ready to fight! He tells me that my car there's nothing wrong. He tells me there's no courtesy car. Then when I was talking to him he walks away, telling me the car is clean and washed and he demands he wants back in same way and full tank fuel like as if I'm a child! The courtesy car was dirty! I never saw Any1 slamming and pulling my doors of my car in that manner! Rude no respect for customers is this how companies under rmi works?
