Automagic Montague Gardens is to be avoided by black females at all cost!

My dear black sisters, if your insurance allocates your case to Automagic Montague Gardens, ask for a different panel beater or be ready to be **** to and be without a car for a long time.

I am having the same experience that Anelisa M wrote about on 19 September 2024. I took my car to them on the 11th November 2024 and I was told that it will take between 7-10 working days to get my car fixed if there are no unforeseen damages found while the car is being repaired. They waited 7 days to tell me that there was "unforeseen damage" that they needed to confirm with the insurance if they could go ahead and fix. When I asked if I would have to wait for another ten days, I was told no because the part would be quicker to get as it would come from their warehouse and the panel beating was already done, so I would have my car after 5 working days, making the overall waiting time 12 days.

The damage on my is so minimal, I was even suspicious of the "unforeseen damage" that was now delaying everything. Like in the case of Anelisa, I was told that progress would be communicated to me but it was not. Instead I received a message on 22 November saying the completion day for my car had changed to the 28 November 2024. I phoned them yesterday to confirm if I was going to get my car today because I was already not impressed with their service. I did not get any help because the client relations officer, or whatever they call her, allocated to me was not at work yesterday and therefore no one else could give me information about my car, which is strange.

I decided to go there this morning and spoke to the lady handling my case, whose name I am tempted to mention here but will not, because obviously this is how they operate at this Automagic. She **** to my face, spinning me the same story she told on 19 November and I told her that she must tell me something else because she had already told me that story before. She could not tell me anything different and just shifted the goal post to now 4 December 2024. I just walked out of the place without saying another word because I felt disrespected and I did not want to cause a scene. Again I say, black females, stay away from Automagic Montague Gardens.
