Automagic midrand is sketchy

My insurer referred me to Automagic Midrand to have my car repaired, I was informed that my car will be delayed by a week on the day I was supposed to collect it. A week later I received a call on the new collection day to inform me that my car will be ready for collection but later on that day they are now giving me run arounds saying my car is not ready. At the moment I’m not even sure if these people will have my car with them or not
