AutoMagic is the worst company ever.

you already told me you won't assist according to your management. I have an email stating this, hence I wrote on this platform to warn others about your company. I am really disgruntled about such treatment and the way u treat customers.

The Silverton franchise has been closed down, however how would I have known? This has no bearing on me as a customer and getting my money back. No services were rendered for my vehicle and thus they were unjustifiably enriched. What is more appalling is the fact that your customer care requested proof of payment (creating an impression in my mind that they would assist) and then subsequently deny my claim?? There is no contrition from your side and customer service is clearly at the bottom of your values as a company.
