Received very bad service from Automagic Gezina since the first day they booked my car in until the last day. Sandra was refusing to fix my boot saying that it was not accident related and I was so surprised on how did she come to that conclusion because I had an accident where I was bumped at the back of the car by a minibus taxi and I communicated with my insurance and submitted pictures of the accident yet she still denied and said there was no impact on the boot during the accident. And during the last stages of fixing the boot after the insurance gave them a go ahead to fix the boot I was not notified about the process and progress of the car. Was called on Friday to come and collect the car it is ready I was not notified the day before that on Friday the car will be ready so that I can arrange for collection and return of the courtesy car. The experience was very bad I will never again book my car with automagic Gezina they will stress you with their calls. I had stress from the accident and from the panel beat .
