My car came back looking like I bought it yesterday! The staff there were very helpful and they've fulfilled their promise. I however, in particular have to give the biggest shoutout to Sandra...I've lost my brother to Covid a few days earlier and wasn't in 'good shape'. She went out of her way to empathise, to an extent that she literally offered her shoulder to cry on. I still can't believe she RISKED herself that much for another human being.
