Automagic Centurion is not so magic
On the 1st of December a lady turned left from the right lane and bumped me on my front right. Insurance told me to use Automagic Centurion. So car had to go in on 28 January. I requested parts to be ordered and received prior to taking car in as i was not going to pay for rental car out of pocket again for 5 weeks as the process with King Price is super slow.Called me on Friday 8 Feb to say I can collect car. in the meantime i heard some negative feedback from AM so asked a friend who do insurance assessments to join me. To say the least my car looked like it was done at a back yard panel beater. The paint was a mismatch as apparently KP do not pay for blending. so after lots of discussion they agreed to fix the mess. Went back on Tuesday 19 feb to fetch. Paint still mismatch and the bonnet panel is misaligned. AM insist this was poor work done by Dino in October incident and then also told me there was work done on my doors on the left which is NOT the case as i bought the car new and had only the two accidents. They had a report done by Hyundai saying their work is great (which its not as the color mismatch is obvious) and that the issues are all due to work done by previous PB. The one area was over buffed and it had to go back again to sort it out.
