Automagic because it's surprisingly disappointing how poor their services are!

Unsatisfactory services!

My vehicle was assigned to Automagic by King Price Insurance, and their service has been disappointing. I was promised that a certain part for my vehicle would be imported to complete repairs, but I haven't received any updates from the panel beaters. After contacting them myself, I was informed that the delivery was suddenly canceled. It has been six months since they promised to complete repairs on my vehicle, and they still haven't addressed the ongoing issue.

Their overall service has been really poor. They left my fender liner hanging loose, causing it to sc**** against the tire, and the bumper was poorly fitted, resulting in the bonnet being loosely closed with a gap between the bonnet and the front bumper. Additionally, the headlight was poorly fitted, with the lights shining directly in front of the car, practically acting as fog lights rather than actual headlights!

I am truly disappointed in both, Automagic and King Price Insurance for dealing with the matter so carelessly. I deeply regret entrusting King Price Insurance with the task of assigning Automagic for the job.
