My insurance company (First for Women) took my car to this dealership and my car was dated the 15/04/2025 for completion and collection. I tried getting ahold of them before and after the 15th and I couldn’t get ahold of them. They only sent communication the next few days to say, they’ve moved my completion date to the 22/04/2025 without informing me. I tried calling them again on the 22nd and I couldn’t get ahold of them yet again. Then I decided to call another Auto Magic branch so that they can access them for me and they actually did. Once they called me, they (YET AGAIN) moved my completion date to the 23rd. I am honestly disappointed in their communication and work ethics. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever and I honestly regret taking my car there. I am mostly disappointed in my insurance company (First for Women) for referring me to such an *********** company. My experience with them at the moment is very terrible.
