Auto Magic Strijdom Park: Atrocious service & Careless Staff

The service we experienced at Auto Magic Strijdom Park was simply offensive. After getting our car repaired (bumper replacement & fender paintwork) through our insurance, they returned the car with a broken panel along the frame of the windshield & a hooter that was no longer working. Upon returning the car to show them these issues, they claimed that the hooter was fully functional when they released the car - which was untrue. The broken panel I showed them, they simply GLUED it back in place, without an apology, acknowledgement or explanation of what happened to it. They asked me to leave the car with them & that their auto electrician will look at the car upon his arrival, that day. I refused to leave the vehicle & insisted that they call me once the electrician is en-route to their shop. The following day I went back to them because they asked for a full day to look into the hooter issue. After I enquired, they admitted that the electrician did not arrive to attend to the car the previous day - as they had stated he would. Through all of this, they did not apologize for any wrongdoing, they did not admit to any incompetence and further more, after spending over 2 weeks for a simple bumper replacement, I had to take the car to them for an additional 2 days, because of the hooter issue that they caused. As I currently write this review, the vehicle is still in their possession, I am still waiting for further feedback/communication from them.
