Auto Magic service a nightmare..

I am having the worst service at Auto Magic (Dube Auto body) in East London. I took my car (Mazda 3 HVH 065EC) for repairs three weeks ago, and i was advised that the car will be ready by 12 March 2019. On Tuesday when i was supposed to collect the car i was told that my car is still waiting to be painted and will only be ready by 15 March 2019. I was supposed to fetch it today, but again im told that it will be ready on Monday 18 March 2019. I am so frustrated as i do not have other means of transport and getting to work is a struggle. I had to hire a car, which is an additional expense.
