Auto Magic Rustenburg - Worst Panelbeater Experience i have had

Very poor customer service, my vehicle went in for hail damage to Automagic Rustenburg, I was originally supposed to colelct my vehicle on the 26th of Jan. Today is the the 12th of February and I still dont have my car.

Last week friday we went to collect the vehicle there was flaws in the paint and i rejected the vehicle, it looked almost as if somebody had touched the wet paint. The bonnet and bootlid was also not aligned properly. Today i was promised my vehicle is ready. When i went to collect the vehicle, the bonnet was still not aligned properly, and 1 flaw in the paint on the bonnet was not fixed. Upon the manage Jan, opening the bonnet, i noticed that the underside of the bonnet is full of deep scratches, this was promptly blamed on the people that pushes the dents. The paint on the bonnet is filled with scratch marks, that even the manager said they have to repaint now to correct. How is this acceptable? Please can i have a response from the head office? I have tried many times to call the Franchisee, but he is yet to answer the number on the company website.
