I was called to say that my vehicle was ready for collection. Upon carrying out inspection checks before taking my vehicle out everything seemed pleasing to ones eye. However the following day a family member of mine who used to work in the panel beating industry took notice of all the faults and sloppiness that Auto Magic had carried out on my vehicle some of which may be; 1. Bumper is not lined correctly 2. Rubbers are not put into their correct place 3. Tail light/s are not lined correctly 4. Cracks on paint, where they carried out their job and the list can go on. I cannot come to terms to understand how a company of this nature can be contracted to big insurance companies like King Price. First it was service delivery and now this. This is Totally Unacceptable and for the owner/management to be so absent minded and negligent and release a vehicle to a client in this condition is not pleasing at all.
