Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg

My vehicle has been with these guys for the past 1 and a half months now. Claim has been approved with my insurance. Management calls us on a weekly basis stating that the vehicle is almost ready. On Monday (12/06/2023) they called and promised that we will get delivery on our vehicle today (15/06/2023).They call me a few moments ago and say that (there is still one part missing and that the part that was ordered was done incorrectly).How do these people run and operate a business like this and more so than ever how can a big and well recognized company as King Price even have ********* people like this on their data base. This is totally unacceptable and I hope that this gets to the right person reading my review and that Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg and all its staff members catches a huge wake up.
