Auto Magic Mustang disgusting service

Auto Magic Mustang Actonville... Pathetic service. Firstly I was told the repairs would take 7 days but ended up taking 21 days. Secondly when I dropped off the vehicle I was told all parts have arrived, half way into it after I had to inquire how far is the vehicle I was told there are still parts that have not arrived yet. Thirdly when I dropped the vehicle off I was told exactly what was going to be replaced. Full parts list on hand. When I go collect only half the parts where fitted. What happened to the rest?. Bonnet not lined up. Panel strips loose. Number plate hanging. Inner sunroof panel missing. Boot lid scratched. Boot spoiler removed. Car not cleaned. Waited hour and a half to do "quick touch ups" . Was told they have photos but was not shared.

First day with the car back and realised the heads up display unit is not working.
Also found the roof lining segment loose at the cabin light.

Was there ever a QC process Automagic?
Will you ever fix this?

I have mailed customer care directly on the 12th of this month.
Got the same response.
"Hi. We have received your email and will get back to you shortly ".
Guess what. I am still waiting
