This business should really cease to exist. From their customer service to workmanship; everything is just weak. I was referred to them by King Price. Dropped my car in October, they told me the work would take 14 days. It took well beyond that and I had to drag updates out of them! On the day I arrived to fetch my car-the light on my car was not working- so the mechanic never bothered to do any testing of his work before telling me the car is ready for collection, at this point my rental car period of 30days was finished so the there I was driving a car with 1 light on in December 2024! They had to order another part which would arrive only in the new year in 2025. Still they couldn't fix it! Only then they figured the light needs to be reset by Mercedes. Note that these people will never voluntarily give you any updates if anything they communicated to you changes..you're supposed to use telepathy to figure out things have changed or call them numerous times. if your service consultant is not in the office/leave or whatever- no one else knows anything about anything and you will have to wait for your consultant to get back to you! What a shame of a business!
