AUTO MAGIC IS NOT GOOD BUT EXCELLENT!

I just want to thank all the staff at Auto Magic, at 29 Roper Street, New Centre, Johannesburg. I brought in my car for assessment on the 25th of July 2025. I was amazed at the level of respect that one receives from everyone working there. You are greeted with a smile, you are helped immediately, you are offered water, tea or cofee and every staff member is VERY friendly there! Their bathrooms are very clean! I again took my car in on the 30th of July 2025, for repairs. Nothing catches you by surprise there, they tell you EXACTLY what to expect and they are very detailed. You are also kept informed by means of text messages and phone calls. There is no stage where you wonder what is happening with your car, they keep you updated ALL the time. They all stick to the time frames that they give to you. They are also trustworthy people, you find all your items in the car, as they were! I once took my car to another panelbeater years back, when they gave my car key back, my beautiful key holder was missing and nobody could account for it. I was very sad and I thank God that I never took my car to them ever again.

I want to specifically thank Amelia who was directly helping me. She is an amazing person! I wish some companies could learn from Auto Magic, how to treat their clients. Even when I had received the horrible treatment from Europcar, which is the company that had given me their courtesy car to use while my car was being repaired, Auto Magic melted all the negativity away. At Auto Magic, you are not treated like a nobody, even their body language speaks volumes. Thank you so much good people and PLEASE keep it up. Your service is not good, but excellent! I got my car back today and it looks like brand new! Thank you sooooo much!
