Auto Magic Gezina messed up with my car

King Price recommended Auto Magic Gezina to repair minor body damages. The car went in 08 Feb came back 10 March 2023, more than a month for minor repairs. Cherry on top was when the car came back with mechanical problem, engine light on, they refused to take responsibility. Worse part Auto Magic the service provider represents King Price when my insurance supposed to fight for me. I escalated the matter to King Price, to date no one attended to my problem. I had to pay for tow services to take the car for mechanical repairs plus R1 800 for repairing the vehicle. I’m definitely moving my business elsewhere, bye bye Auto Magic and King Price, never again will I do business with those 2 companies, what they care about is collecting money from you

We have already dealt with this complaint on the 14th of March.

Please also note, we worked on the Bonnet and the front bumper, we didn’t touch the motor of this vehicle.

Misfires are commonly caused by faulty coil packs, which are service/maintenance items, they can fail at any time and cause a misfire.

This is wear and tear and not related to workmanship.

Feedback was given to King Price.
