Auto Magic Gezina is horrible

The worst experience of my life I even regret claiming it from my insurance. They do not have a sense of urgency and are always ready to postpone the completion date of repairs. How do you miss a deadline 4 times?? and extending by a week or two each time. They say the car will be prepared on the 11th and thy only inform you on the 10th that they were waiting for parts and they have not started the repairs. They do not have fair treatment of customers. They never get gt back to you as promised after you call them. I even requested to take my car so I can fix it myself because of how long they are taking to do repairs. I wish I had not chosen the Auto Magic Gezina center. This has really inconvenienced me and really even affected me financially. These people are heartless.
