Auto Magic Gezina - Dont even bother taking your vehicle there

What a ********** experience I have had with Auto Magic Gezina. My insurance King Price appointed Auto Magic to repair my vehicle that was damaged by Hail. On arrival at the branch on the 23rd January 2025, the staff had no knowledge of the booking and was very dismissive. After insisting that they will take the car in on the 23/01/25, the lady at front desk decided to phone Head Office (they confirmed that Gezina can book in the car). Little did I know I was in for a joyride - They never give you any updates unless you phone yourself, they changed the collection date of my vehicle twice with no tangible reason, all you get is "we will call you back". I had to return my 30 day courtesy car (after it was extended for an additional week). Today, 6th March 2025, I am still without a car. After reading the reviews on this company, I have resolved I am going to fetch my car, completed or not. This has been a total nightmare. The gentleman that booked the car in advised that the job would take 3 weeks - totally dismayed.
