Auto Magic Centurion writing clients cars off

So my car went in for repairs, repairs was not done properly. I took the car back and got a loan car. So i book my car in and sign all documents. So on the 15 th off June i get a phone call to tell me the driver was in an accident with my car. So when you book your car in you sign that you understand and the one thing they tell you is that the fuel in the car will only be used to move car from the parking to inside the shop or inside the shop not to give it to a driver and drive around with it. So then the insurance prosess started and it came back the car is written off, now its fine the car gets settled but what about my damages off payments made on the car and so that im just losing because off negligence? This car was purchased brand new in October 2017 so not even a year old. I ask the questions to The Md off Auto Magic Centurion and the does not cone back to me at all. He does not even want to share the images or report off the accidint , everything is kept secretive.

So be extremely careful off Auto Magic they do not even follow their own rules.
