Auto magic centurion a total red light no go zone

So i had an incident where auto magic ********ly drove with my car , now getting the insurance sorted out they have guys that does not give you feedback, does not explain the stuff properly for you to make proper informed decisions. Also Raul from auto magic does not give feedback until its pushed and also awnser 1 out off all my calls and never phones back , he also does not care about customer service at all. Then there is sella brokers that does the insurance for auto magic that never respond on mails and make desisions without consulting you, you only get awnsers when you call in and not proper awnsers. And to top it auto magic does not want to take responsibility for the costs because off there negligence .
