Auto Magic Bellville- No magic no service

My car was booked for the 8th of June for repairs. Please take note one smaal dent on side panel and back lit repair. I was told I will get my car back on the 12th of June. Friday the 12th I phoned them after not receiving any news from them. I was told they will phone me back only to hear that they are still waiting for the parts, back lit and rear light. On the question that they had my car for a week and did nothing because that is the whole job I was told that the rest is done, dent on side and other small stuff. I told them I'm coming to fetch my car and will bring it back on the Monday. On my arrival I was shocked to see NOTHING was done the whole week. I was told they received the parts 16h and will do all the preparations to the back lit on Monday the 15th and Tuesday is a public holiday so I can bring back the car Wednesday the 17th so they can put the new back lit on and I will get the car on the latest Friday the 19th. Now I get a phone call saying the guys that must fit the window are not able to come this time on a Friday and will only come fit it on Monday and I will probably get my car Tuesday the 23rd. Insane service.
