Auto Magic -auto body repair - Poor workmanship.

M y car was in twice for a bonnet to be sprayed. The first time I received the car back the bonnet started to crack up after a week ( the car stood at their bodyshop for 5 weeks before I received it back ) I took it back for a second in 2018 for the bonnet to be resprayed. After the 2nd time and once again after 5 weeks of waiting I received the car back and the bonnet started to crack up again. In September 2018 I app**** for a refund as I could clearly see that Automagic Boksburg is not able to the job. After how many emails to Automagic Boksburg they still do not want to refund me according to the franchise's own offer. I had to approach the franchisor for assistance. The franchisor acted swiftly and I received an amount of approximately R 4000 back. According to my calculation the refund should have been in the region of R 5000. Up to now neither the franchisee or franchisor rep**** to my emails as to why they have under refunded me. This same franchisee also repair my previous Etios and the same thing poor workmanship as the one rim was still bended the day when I received the car back.
