Atrocious service at Auto Magic Menlyn

The service at Auto Magic Menlyn is atrocious.<br> <br> My appointment was for today, the 13th of April.<br> <br> Several arrangements were made by all of myself, my partner, his family and one of my work colleagues to ensure I have transport for the day and beyond.<br> <br> When I arrived there this morning I was simply informed that I had moved the appointment. No attempt from my side to convince them otherwise was accepted. Let me be clear: at no time whatsoever did I or my partner request that the appointment be moved.<br> <br> The staff at Auto Magic Menlyn are rude and unprofessional.<br> <br> I am severely unhappy.
