Appalling service

My car was booked at the Auto Magic Meadowdale about 4 weeks ago and I was told that it would probably be ready on 22 May 2015 but on that day I received an sms advising that it will be ready on the 29th. On the 29 I got another sms advising that it will be ready on 2 June 2015. I called on the 1st to confirm if it will be ready on the 2nd as I had to make arrangements for transport and a gentleman by the name of Paul took down my number and sad he will call me back to advice of status but I never got a call from him. On the 2nd I made several calls and was eventually called back and was told that my car will be ready on the 3rd by 16:00pm. I leave on today and had arranged transport to take me to Meadowdale (and the person that was supposed to take me there also took leave from work), only to get am sms that my car will only be ready on 05/06/2015. I was already on my way to Meadowdale, so I had wasted petrol and my leave day. This is unacceptable service and such an huge inconvenience.
