A waste of my time

Word of advice, never go to Auto Magic for any car repairs, I was told that I'd have my car back within 10-15 working days. It has been a almost a month and a half, and finally they let me know it will be ready today. I phoned them yesterday to confirm, and they say all is good, I can fetch it. So I get there now, and am told that they are still awaiting authorisation from my insurance company to order the cradle, so it ain't ready. For the first time, I lost my ****... USELESS!!
