A complete waste of time

I have extended cover with ABSA ( photo finish ). I recently submitted a claim for my front bumper that was damaged. The assessor came out to see the vehicle at my husbands work. Everything was fine. They booked the car in at Auto Magic Midrand. I then requested for it to be moved closer to Auto Magic Paulshof which is in close proximity to home & work for the husband.

On Friday I spoke to Sandy ( AutoMagic Paulshof ) who confirmed that we can drop the vehicle off just after 7 on Monday morning 10/01/2018. My husband went there this morning and was told to wait till after 8 as they have to contact head office as they dont have the file to book the vehicle in. I then called and they lady at head office told me that this is not true, she then contacted them all was fine. Sandy then advised my husband that they are fully booked and will only start with the car on Wednesday but we can leave it there so long and pick it up next week.

All in all I am not happy with the service that I have received from either ABSA Extended cover or Auto Magic.
