My Car went in for Repairs on 18 Feb 2015,the first estimate of completion was on 5 march 2015 then it was moved to 12 March then again 17 March then without any discussion i received an sms \as discussed completion date move again to 20 March then again to 10 April and last night again WITHOUT DISCUSSION

I am really sorry that your vehicle repair has been delayed to this extent.
