2 months and car still not fixed

hi,<br> <br> My claim was approved and authorised on the 28th of May, not only did I have to wait for a month for my booking, but when my booking date(23 June) finally arrived, I was told that there is back lock and i have to wait for +- 14 days for the parts to arrive, so they told me that they assembled the car again and I must come and fetch it. The car was not assembled properly and i was really okay with that because i was under the impression that they will take it within those 14days. It's almost been a month and they keep saying saying they are still waiting for one part...I'm really not comfortable with driving a car that is half-assembled... All in all, its been 2months of waiting for Auto Magic to fix my car. if I don't call and follow up, then they also don't call...they promised me that the part will be there latest by friday and they will call me, still nothing... Surely there is some level of incompetence here....<br> <br>
