14 day turnaround now 24 days with no end in sight
After a car accident in September, my insurance sent me to this company. They could only take the vehicle on 13 October. It was delivered to them on the day, and later they informed me that the expected date of completion was 30 October 2015.

That deadline expired, because they had not received one of the parts on time. Can only assume they didn't bother ordering the necessary parts immediately after insurance approval was granted, and only did so once the car was on their premises. (Assessor approved repairs mid-September, at least two weeks before book-in date).

I keep getting excuse after excuse. My insurance paid for car rental for 4 weeks, which expired yesterday. I am now without a vehicle, because once again the car has been delayed.

If I do not receive my vehicle by Monday 16 November, I will hire a car, and deduct the cost of it from the excess payable to this ridiculous company.
My sincere apologies for the delays you have been experiencing at our Centurion Franchise.
Our GM in charge of that region will look into the matter and advise ASAP. Hopefully, if the matter does not relate to a third party part supply problem, he will be able offer a resolution.
Kind Regards
