After booking with my insurance to take the car for repair, I had to this guy's everyday for an update on my vehicle. In 2 weeks that they have promised to fix my car, it was never touched. I told them, I'm coming the nxt day to fetch it I'm just tired of their promises to deliver. I mean for how those one take 3 weeks to replace a bonnet and a front bumper only. This was in September. Finally after pushing them and going personally to their workshop I managed to get them to fix it. I took the car and had arranged to get my strips replaced.my car has fitted white stripes from the factory. They ordered wrong ones for a ford focus St. I am driving a Fiesta. I have been calling this people to replace my strips but I'm being told every time that they have a new workshop manager and he will deal with it. This guy refuses to give his name and amazingly rude. I am tired of communicating with them and being left with empty promises. It has been 3 months now
