Bad after sale service

I bought a Car Hyundai Elantra TGDI in January 2023,there were defects that I only discovered latter but the worst was realising that the spare wheel was for a Ford instead and went there to let them know only to be told I should have checked which found it odd because it seems like it was a deliberate action,I only found out the day I had a tyre puncture

I am scared of driving long distance should I have a tyre puncture because I can't find the spare wheel anywhere else.There was a representation during the acquisition period.
