Your employee knocked my car

Yesterday I booked my car in for a service at Renault situated in Parow. I was standing in the bay for them to sign in my car and one of auto pedigrees employees reversed into my car. Renault noted the incident and mailed the employees manager, however I have not received one call from auto pedigree to apologize or explain the way forward. I am utterly disgusted that I have to run around after such a big company
