Worst ****in service and selling cars with problems

I'm writing this review with sadness and hate in my heart. I've purchased a vehicle from auto pedigree in brackenfell in may during lockdown. My friend works for auto pedigree brackenfell and never in a million years would I thought that he would sell me a car with this much problems. At first everything was going good and the sale went by fast and easy. Great assistance in getting the vehicle. so I back then the vehicle was still at 53 000km I didnt even get the chance to review the car to check for an defects. I was assured that the vehicle is in great working shape I was also told if I suspect any problems I need to inform them immediately. Bare in mind I worked in a trade where we fixed most of the vehicles parts, so I would know when there is something wrong with the vehicle. When I got the car I test drove it and At first it sounded like the tyres had flatspots on them it was making a noise while driving and I was hearing noises when breaking. The vehicle also had a lot of scratches over the body and the electronic window window winder button was loose.I didnt think much of it at first but I reported it immediately to the sales person who sold the vehicle to me and I thought it would be sorted immediately. With that said I also told him that I will need to go check the vehicle out to make sure everything was good on the vehicle. When I got to the fitment the centre to have vehicle checked out . We found out that my polo TSI needed new brakes and the noise I heard was actually my wheel bearing making that noise we also saw that the the back tyres had indeed flatspots on them. At this point I was livid why the **** would they sell me a car with this much problems on it and with all of that said the price I paid for this ****en polo tsi 2018 was going to be alot over the period of five years or 72 months it will cost me about R340k what the **** did I get myself into. Anyways I reported it again to the sales person who assisted me and was advised that he will send information through to recon centre which he did back in on the 1st of June I only had the car a few days back every single week I had a to make a few calls to get feedback but nothing i was getting really upset and finally when I could speak with the sales person I advised him also when vehicle goes in for repairs that I would need a loan vehicle as I'm a sales representative on the road most of the time I could not afford to not have a vehicle. now almost 4 months later still nothingI've send an email to manager of the branch but nothing happened he just plainly ignores me I'm giving up on these people hence I'm here writing i dont want anybody to give me call to let me explain myself again get your facts and sort out this problems other wise i will have to take things further and because this vehicle had this problems at 53000 km wheel bearing problems which is the first for me I've never seen a vehicle with such low mileage have this much problems the was vehicle was also due for service back then also . I will need full vehicle history I want to see if this vehicle was in any accidents. These ****in people wont get any business from me or anybody I know for that fact. I'm sick of this **** sort out my problems or I will take this vehicle back to your and take this matter further.
