Very disappointed

Terrible service at Auto Pedigree Parrow...

Wanted to purchases a Ford Ranger bakkie from the branch , got in contact with the sales person - gave in all the documents ect and was asked to go there on Thursday 6th of August after been asked to come and see the Manager whom never even did the effort to come and great us and we sign an offer to purchases with the sales man (which was signed at the branch) and told that the bakkie needs to come from JHB and will arrive the week of the 11th August ,on tuesday 11th August after following up we were told there is/was a pending sale in JHB on the same bakkie. After asking and asking what the hell is going on we where promised that a manager will call and sort this out. There is no solutions except that no branch want to help them with a bakkie. Very disappointed with this service.
