Vehicle quality standard it is bad

I bought a used Mercedes-Benz at auto pedigree Benoni and in less than a week it gave me machanical problems up until it got stuck and had to be towed away within 30 days of the purchase. I also got to find out from Mercedes Benz South Africa that the vehicle was previously in an accident in 2024 and the vehicle engine overheated. The vehicle was towed to Mercedes-Benz bedfodview and now I get to find out that it needs a new gearbox for it to start again and then get diagnosed for other problems
