Vehicle bought in Dec 2019, August 2020 not Registered yet

AutoPedigrees CEO / MD / National Manager Operations Kindly intervene on our behalf : This problem is ongoing for 8months. We bought Hyundai H1 Bus in Dec 2019, Bryanston AutoPedigree, it was not properly registered on our behalf. We paid for the registration on purchase. The vehicle is still registered under the previous owners. We are unable to pay Licence, We are unable to register for potential business Contracts as they require Natis Documents. The excuse about Lockdown is not acceptable as this came into effect 27 March. Please can assist and resolve this ASAP. Zaheed Obaray, was the Branch Manager then, I gather he left the company. From the onset in Jan 2020 we involved Nash Mothiram, Regional Manager has not been helpful at all.We have involved Complaints@AutoPedigree to no desired result. All internal avenues have been exhausted.
